Job summary

Avante at Orlando Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Part-Time Laundry Aide to handle daily laundry tasks under the direction of the Director of Housekeeping and Laundry Services. The role ensures a clean and safe facility and maintains adequate linen supply for residents.

Weekends only; applicants must be 18+, fluent in English, and a high school graduate. Prior long-term care experience is preferred, with opportunities for career growth within Avante.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must speak and understand English.
• High School Graduate required.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day activities of the Laundry Department to ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain adequate linen supplies to meet residents' needs.
• Follow current standards and directions from the Director of Housekeeping and Laundry Services.
• Operate laundry equipment safely and report maintenance needs.
