Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to sit upright, stand, or walk for 100% of the shift as needed.
• Must be able to quickly ascend and descend stairs and move as needed to secure premises.
• Must have excellent visual and auditory acuity to see, hear, and interpret observable people, things, behavior, and speech.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the assigned premises are kept safe and secure.
• Regular walks around assigned perimeter.
• Communicate effectively with the team using assigned radio.
