Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair services including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, and alignments.
• Perform state-mandated vehicle emission and safety inspections.
• Troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively with the service team.
• Complete accurate courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Ensure preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate.
• Comply with regulations affecting service operations (hazardous waste disposal, OSHA).
• Assist in housekeeping as directed.
• Communicate damage or malfunctions to the service department.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and organization standards.
