Job summary

American Senior Communities’ Rosegate Village in Indiana is seeking a Weekend Shift Supervisor who can be a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse to supervise care during evenings and nights.

You will oversee licensed nurses and other nursing staff, ensure care meets professional standards and regulatory requirements, mentor team members, and uphold the CARE values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates CARE values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence

Responsibilities

• Supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel during the shift.
• Manages the provision of care in accordance with company standards and applicable laws.
