Gig Harbor Health is seeking an experienced Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) to join our team. This full-time role offers a weekend program with a unique pay-for-time arrangement: work 32 hours on weekends and receive 40 hours of pay.
Schedule includes 16-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays; you will work on the floor and provide direct resident care as needed to support high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
- RN and/or LPN license required.
- Weekend availability required.
- Experience in supervision preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise weekend nursing staff and residents' care.
- Provide direct patient care as needed on weekends.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
