Job summary

Meadow Lakes is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN or LPN) to oversee nursing care on the assigned unit, Saturdays and Sundays 6:00 AM–6:30 PM, ensuring quality care and compliance with standards.

The role requires leadership to supervise licensed staff, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and mentor caregivers while upholding C.A.R.E. values.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN license or ability to obtain Indiana license.

Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN/LPN) at Meadow Lakes

Saturday/Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Candidate must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

The Weekend Nurse Supervisor assumes responsibility and accountability for the nursing care of all residents on the assigned unit. The Weekend Nurse supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of care. Manages unit in accordance with company philosophy, standards of professional nursing practices, and all federal and state laws and regulations.

Skills Needed:

• Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
• Leadership: Management experience or willingness and desire to learn proper approaches to managing staff. Passion for teaching, leading and mentoring staff.
• Detail Oriented: Ability to use clinical knowledge to exceed the needs of the residents, resident families and staff.
• Collaboration: Promote communication and interdisciplinary approaches to resident care.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
