Rosebud Village, operated by American Senior Communities, is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (RN or LPN) to oversee licensed nurses on Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday shifts. You will supervise care delivery, ensure compliance with C.A.R.E.

values and professional standards, and guide staff in a supportive, patient‑centered environment. Graduate of an accredited nursing program with Indiana license or eligibility; strong leadership and collaboration skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
• Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.

Responsabilités

• Supervise licensed nurses and nursing staff on the shift.
