Heartland in Nashville is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor to oversee nursing staff, admissions, discharges and resident education. You will handle family and resident concerns and ensure quality care is delivered in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Preferred graduate from an accredited school of nursing (BSN, ASN).
• Licensed to practice in this state.
• Continuing education to maintain licensure and current nursing trends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and monitor care.
• Complete admissions, discharges, and transfers when needed.
• Respond to family and resident concerns and participate in QA/QI.
• Complete daily checklists and assist ADON as needed.
