Job Responsibilities

• Managing operations of your assigned unit
• Supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your assigned unit
• Providing guidance and education to clinical staff
• Instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture
• Ensuring infection prevention practices are maintained
• Ensuring adequate staffing for our resident's needs

Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they receive an unparalleled standard of care.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have: as a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Registered Nurse (R.N.) license, C.P.R. Certification, and two (2) years of R.N. experience.

Prior experience managing a nursing department or unit and five (5) years of R.N. experience is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
