Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (RN or LPN) for a Friday–Sunday or Saturday–Monday shift from 6am to 6pm. The Weekend Supervisor oversees licensed nurses and nursing staff, ensuring high-quality resident care in line with clinical standards and federal/state regulations.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate leadership, collaborative teamwork, and a strong commitment to CARE values. Indiana licensure requirements may apply depending on location and eligibility.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and licensed to practice.
• RN or LPN license in good standing; Indiana license requirements noted in listing.

Weekend Supervisor Opportunity at Rosebud Village

Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse

Friday-Sunday or Saturday-Monday

6am-6pm

The WeekendSupervisor supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of care during the shift assigned. The Shift Supervisor will manage the provision of care in accordance with company philosophy, standards of professional nursing practices, and all federal and state laws and regulations.

Skills Needed:

• Supportive Presence: Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents.
• Leadership: Management experience or willingness and desire to learn proper approaches to managing staff. Passion for teaching, leading and mentoring staff.
• Detail Oriented: Ability to use clinical knowledge to exceed the needs of the residents, resident families and staff.
• Collaboration: Promote communication and interdisciplinary approaches to resident care.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
