Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Supply Chain Supervisor for the 4th shift at the Aloha Campus. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, coach a team, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The role requires 2 years of supervisory experience, familiarity with MS Office and scanners, and a flexible schedule including weekends. A bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field is preferred; 3PL/AS9100/ISO experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including overtime and weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
