Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 4 years of related experience or 2 years post-Secondary / Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• Able to follow safety practices and use PPE as required.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Full scale propellant mixing – prepares materials and performs full-scale mixing for production, coordinating with casting operations.
• Mathematical calculations to create acceptable mixes and record data using manufacturing sheets.
• Grinding – assemble grinders, grind materials for mixes and maintain grinding equipment.
• Other duties including equipment cleaning and area housekeeping; flexible to shifts and overtime.
