Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Temple is seeking an Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team for full-time weekend night shifts (7pm-7am) with no on-call requirements. You will work in a high-volume, multi-specialty OR suite, coordinating patient care using the BSWH nursing model and ensuring safe, effective perioperative care.

Qualified candidates will have an Accredited RN program graduate credential, a nursing major, and at least 1 year of current OR experience.

Qualifications

• EDUCATION - Grad of an Accredited RN Program.
• MAJOR - Nursing.
• EXPERIENCE - 1 Year of current OR Experience required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care using the BSWH nursing model.
• Assess patient, develop and implement individualized care plan.
• Promote safe passage for patients through nursing process and coordination.
• Delegate tasks based on competencies and patient needs
