American Senior Communities is seeking a Weekend Option Licensed Practical Nurse for Hickory Creek at Sunset in Greencastle, IN. This Night Shift LPN role focuses on building meaningful relationships with residents and supporting their physical and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident condition.
