Responsibilities

• Performs ventilator management, weaning, and arterial blood gas analysis
• Provides patient and family education and staff development
• Ensures patient safety and quality care aligned with organizational standards
• Supports invasive and non-invasive procedures as requested by care team
• Maintains accurate documentation and participates in performance improvement initiatives
