Job summary
WGXA is seeking a part-time News Production Assistant to support our morning, evening and weekend newscasts. Responsibilities include operating Deko, audio or camera equipment, preparing fonts to air, and handling studio and set preparation.
Training will be provided and education or internship in television is preferred. The role requires weekend availability and flexibility for additional hours as needed.

- Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Operate Deko, Audio or Camera for morning, evening, weekend newscasts.
- Prep for newscasts including fonts to air.
- Studio and set preparation.
- Maintaining studio.
- Lighting.
- Tape editing for newscasts.
- Other duties as assigned.
