Job summary

Lily Pond Services LLC in Palm Beach, FL seeks an energetic nanny for two children, ages 7 and 9. The role starts ASAP with a full-time schedule including Friday afternoon to Sunday morning and occasional weekday evenings. The candidate should own the routine and be a warm, proactive presence for the family.

Compensation is $35–$50 per hour, depending on experience. Live-in is preferred for weekends (private guest house available).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional nanny experience in a private household.
• Strong hands-on experience with school-age children.
• Excellent longevity and references from current and previous employers.
• Warm, nurturing, energetic childcare style.
• Flexible, dependable and able to adapt to a busy family.
• Excellent communication skills and sound judgment.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
• Valid U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and developmentally appropriate care for the children
• Assist with after-school, evening, bedtime, and weekend routines
• Drive the children to activities and appointments (nanny car provided)
• Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings
• Prepare simple meals and snacks for the children
• Maintain children’s bedrooms, playrooms, clothing, toys and belongings
• Assist with laundry, organization, packing and unpacking
• Provide overnight care on Fridays and some Saturdays
• Maintain open communication with the parents regarding schedules and needs
• Ensure a safe, nurturing, organized and positive environment
