Job summary

The Quality Inn Florence is seeking a part-time Breakfast Attendant to join the Breakfast Team. The role is scheduled for Saturdays and Sundays starting at 5:00am, with typical hours of 12–14 per week and potential fill-ins.

Responsibilities include preparing menu items per Brand specs, and cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and service areas. A food handlers certificate is required or will be obtained, with possible training hours provided.

Qualifications

• Previous hotel kitchen experience preferred, but not required.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred.
• Food handling certificate is/will be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items according to Brand specifications and maintain the buffet.
• Clean and sanitize all work areas including kitchens, food preparation, dish washing, storage, service and other areas as directed.
• Help order supplies or assist with records and accounts.
• Follow safe food handling and service practices and obtain a food handlers card and/or regulatory requirements.
