Job summary

Qualifications

• MD/PhD with at least 3 years of related clinical experience.
• 3rd year residents licensed may be eligible for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Behavioral Health.
• Perform initial assessments and order/evaluate tests.
• Develop and document care plans and discharge instructions.
• Provide patient and family education on medications and treatment options.
• Maintain confidentiality and chart medical records per policy.
• Coordinate follow-up care and referrals as needed.
