Job summary

MBX is seeking a mobile X-Ray Technologist to provide on-site imaging services for nursing homes and healthcare facilities in the Houston area. The role requires performing X-Rays with portable DR/CR systems and coordinating with radiologists for interpretation.

The position runs weekends (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM) with a pay rate of 28.00–30.00 USD per hour, depending on experience. Valid ARRT license and state Licensure, and a current driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Maintain required State licenses and/or ARRT Certification, health requirements, and operational requirements.
• Valid driver's license in the applicable state and in good current standing at all times.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and work independently with little to no direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform and process X-Rays using portable DR/CR radiography equipment and submit them to a Radiologist for interpretation.
• Unload portable X-Ray equipment and take into facilities to perform exams ordered by the physician.
• Perform EKGs (as needed) and transmit them to a Cardiologist for interpretation.
• Scan exam related paperwork/billing documents on a daily basis per protocol.
