Job summary

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions is seeking independent contractors for Nurse Practitioners to provide health services to Military Service members. Positions are primarily weekend work under the Reserve Health Readiness Program in Illinois, with responsibilities including conducting health assessments and documenting medical records. Candidates must hold an active NP license and CPR/BLS certification, with experience in primary care preferred. Ability to work in various locations and communicate effectively is essential.

Qualifications

• Supervising Physician may be required depending on the state requirement.
• Active NP license in the state is essential.
• CPR/BLS Certification is required.
• Experience with mobile medical services is preferred.
• Knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Document interview results for readiness classification.
• Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately.
