Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions is seeking Nurse Practitioners to partner as independent contractors to support military service members. The role focuses on weekend coverage with occasional weekdays, across the State of ME, delivering health readiness services for USAR, ARNG, USNR, MARFORRES, USCGR, ANG, and USAFR.

Qualifications

• Active NP license in ME and CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care or occupational health preferred.
• Willingness to travel to various locations, including remote installations.

Responsabilités

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, records, and medical questionnaires.
• Interview personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns, including Behavioral Health.
• Document results for readiness classification in the medical record using the proprietary system.
