Job summary

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions is seeking Dental Assistants to join our team to complete dental exams, treatments, and X-rays for military service members in Louisiana. This mobile program delivers care in a readiness-focused setting.

We primarily work weekends, with some occasional weekdays on an as-needed basis. Active state dental assistant certification, radiology, CPR/BLS, and comfortable four-handed chair-side support are required.

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant Certification in the state (CDA, RDA, EDDA, EFDA).
• Active Radiology Certification.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Comfortable with 4-handed chair-side assisting.
• Experience with sterilization.
• Experience with basic administrative functions.
• Experience working with military is preferred.
• Proficient with computer programs.
• Must have weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services in a mobile environment.
• Provide Digital x-Rays (BW & PANO).
• Provide sterilization of instruments.
