Job summary

Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions is seeking Nurse Practitioners to partner as independent contractors, primarily working weekends under the Reserve Health Readiness Program in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include supporting Physical Health Assessments and documenting results in medical records.

The ideal candidates will hold an active NP license, possess CPR/BLS Certification, and have strong communication skills. They will earn $550 a day plus travel pay, contributing to health services for military personnel.

Qualifications

• Supervising Physician may be required depending on the state requirement.
• CPR/BLS Certification is mandatory.
• Experience with mobile medical services preferred.
• Able to work in various locations, including remote military installations.
• Able to travel, with weekend availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel.
• Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record.
• Identify concerns in military personnel that need to be addressed immediately.

Skills

Active NP license in the state

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Basic computer knowledge and skills

Experience with Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Occupational Health

Knowledge of Military systems, protocols, and terminology
