Job summary

DOCS Health in West Virginia is seeking Medical Assistants to support military service members through our fixed-clinic, mobile treatment centers and outreach services.

Responsibilities include phlebotomy, immunizations, EKG and manual vitals. Candidates must be certified or registered medical assistants, CPR/BLS certified, and available on weekends; prior experience with military or mobile medical services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant or Equivalent Training from Accredited Medical Assisting Training
• Phlebotomy Certification - preferred
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum One (1) year of experience - preferred
• Passionate, friendly, and caring individual
• Utilize universal precautions for patient care
• Experience working with military - preferred
• Experience working with mobile medical services - preferred
• Proficient with computer programs
• Must have weekend availability
