WEBCO MFG in Riverside, MO is seeking a MIG Welder/Fabricator to join our Weld Team. This role focuses on producing high‑quality welds to meet customer specifications, with emphasis on efficiency and precision.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, performing first piece inspections, and organizing work by complexity to ensure timely completion, while benefiting from a strong employee‑owned culture and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MIG welding/fabricator experience (1+ year).
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols.
• Comfortable with flat, horizontal, and vertical uphill welds.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality welds efficiently.
• Determine welding method to meet customer specs if not stated on the blueprint.
• Perform first piece check and submit to QA for inspection.
• Maintain records to ensure correct number of parts produced.
• Organize work by complexity and anticipated completion time for timely processing.
• Other responsibilities as required.
