Job summary

IFAB Corporation is seeking motivated Production Associates to join our Weekend Shift manufacturing team in a fast-paced metal fabrication environment supporting a variety of production operations.

Successful candidates will receive position-specific training and will work closely with production supervisors to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are achieved, while contributing to on-time production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing tasks safely and efficiently according to established work instructions.
• Operate or assist in the operation of production equipment based on assigned department.
• Load, unload, inspect, and handle metal components throughout the manufacturing process.
• Maintain production quality standards while meeting daily production goals.
• Follow machine safety procedures and standard operating practices.
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the production process.
• Assist with loading and unloading parts as required.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to achieve production targets.
