Job summary

PepsiCo in Gainesville, FL is hiring a Merchandise Associate to stock shelves, set up displays, and rotate products at local stores. You will drive to assigned locations in your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursement while on the clock, and work Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon from 3pm to 8pm.

Candidates must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and lift 15–40 lbs as needed. Join a fast-paced team responsible for keeping shelves full, fresh, and shopper-ready across Lay’s, Doritos, Cheetos, and more.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Weekend/holiday/offshift work required
• Reliable or personal transportation to work
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance
• Able to lift 15–40 pounds with or without accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive to assigned store locations in your personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided while you’re on the clock)
• Check in and out with the manager on duty
• Merchandise cases from the back room to the sales floor, filling display units or shelves with products
• Rotate products and remove defective and out-of-date products
• Tidy up shelves and displays, knock down boxes, and dispose of any waste
• Assemble and disassemble temporary displays
