IncrediCare in Northern Virginia is seeking a CNA with memory care experience to join our home care team. You’ll support seniors with daily activities, mobility, and personal care, while advancing your career through growth opportunities and a rewards program.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years CNA experience, with at least one year in memory care.
• Current CPR certification (American Heart Association).
• Willingness to adhere to CDC health and safety guidelines.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Strong bedside manner and compassionate communication.
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.

Responsibilities

• Engage in activities to stimulate the mind and spirit.
• Help with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Help with completing physical therapy and other exercises.
• Complete shopping or accompany clients when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers and family.
• Report any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors and family.
• Act quickly and responsibly in emergencies.
• Clean and disinfect frequently touched areas, including bed linens.
