We are actively hiring Medical Device Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Irvine, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with medical device assembly, cleanroom, microscope inspection, electronics assembly, or other detail-oriented manufacturing experience.
In this role, you will assemble and package high-quality medical devices in a cleanroom environment while following detailed work instructions, quality standards, and FDA-regulated manufacturing procedures. We are looking for individuals with strong attention to detail, good hand dexterity, and the ability to perform precise assembly work with small components.
Assemble and package medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
Follow work instructions, SOPs, and manufacturing procedures.
Perform visual inspections and quality checks on finished products.
Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and measuring devices.
Read and interpret assembly drawings and manufacturing documentation.
Complete production documentation accurately.
Operate basic electrical and mechanical production equipment.
Maintain compliance with GMP, FDA, and quality standards.
Work effectively in a team environment while meeting production goals.
Support multiple departments through cross‑training opportunities.
Minimum 1 year of medical device assembly, cleanroom, electronics assembly, or related manufacturing experience
Experience working in a GMP or regulated manufacturing environment preferred
Strong manual dexterity and ability to work with small components
Experience using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, or measuring devices
Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions
Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking
High attention to detail and commitment to quality
Work in a cleanroom and regulated manufacturing environment producing life‑changing medical products. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Irvine, CA.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
