Langdon Hall of Bradenton is seeking a Med Tech/Resident Care Aide for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7am to 7pm. The role focuses on direct resident care, daily living activities, and safe medication administration within a small, quiet assisted living setting.

The right candidate will have a high school diploma, healthcare experience, and a willingness to obtain Med Tech certification. Weekend availability and a compassionate approach to elder care are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in healthcare, gerontology, or a related field preferred.
• Must be a Med Tech or willing to obtain Med Tech certification.
• Background in care and a passion for providing excellent care to seniors.
• Reliable and flexible schedule, available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7am to 7pm.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct care to residents on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 7am to 7pm
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Perform vital signs, vital measurement, and assist with medication administration
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Collaborate with other care team members to ensure resident-centered care
