Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. Beaver Dam, WI, is seeking a Material Handler for the weekend shift (Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:00 PM). The role focuses on picking warehoused parts and delivering to assembly areas to support production, with emphasis on safety, quality, and productivity.

Must be able to operate or learn material handling equipment, work well in a team, and communicate effectively. ERP experience (SAP or similar) is preferred to help manage inventories and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of material handling experience.
• Ability to operate or learn material handling equipment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to cross-train in multiple areas of materials operations.
• Experience or training with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle and transport materials using forklifts and equipment.
• Support production by delivering parts to assembly areas.
• Perform forklift inspections and follow safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team and leadership to improve efficiency and accuracy.
