Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months.
• English (reading, writing, verbal).
• Strong attention to detail accuracy and accomplish job tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Must be able to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• 6 months experience in a warehouse/logistics/distribution environment.
• Current or prior MHE certification.

Responsibilities

• Picking responsibilities include using a pallet jack to accurately pick orders and stage in appropriate areas.
• Quality control responsibilities include verifying products meet quality standards and reporting damages or discrepancies.
• Safety, housekeeping, and compliance with SOPs, corporate policies, and OSHA standards.
• Equipment operation includes pallet jack use and upkeep of equipment; operate safely and efficiently.
• Overtime as dictated by business; perform other duties as assigned.
