Job summary

Datwyler is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our clean pharma manufacturing facility in Ohio. The role covers daily support, troubleshooting of process equipment, and execution of preventive/predictive maintenance across all equipment. Weekend shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 11:00 a.m.

to 11:30 p.m. You will collaborate with area engineers, coordinate with suppliers for spare parts, and ensure uptime while adhering to safety and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to plan maintenance activities and coordinate with suppliers.
• Familiarity with SAP for work orders.
• Willingness to work weekend shifts and overtime as needed.
• Strong safety awareness and adherence to GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Follows up on equipment performance and suggests improvements.
• Manages spare parts inventory and procurement to reduce downtime.
• Monitors preventive maintenance schedules and ensures timely execution.
• Performs equipment troubleshooting and minor repairs as required.
• Trains new technicians and communicates effectively with the team.
