Job summary

Leisure Care's The Ackerly at Reed's Crossing in Hillsboro, OR is seeking a Weekend Maintenance Assistant to keep our community safe, comfortable, and well-maintained. This part-time role supports the Plant Operations team with hands-on tasks and responsive service for residents.

You'll perform general maintenance, assist with upkeep of apartments and common areas, and help maintain the building and grounds. Reliable weekend availability and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Previous maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, painting, and general repairs.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Experience working with seniors is a plus.
• Reliable attendance and availability to work weekends are required.
