A leading home health company in Palmdale, California is seeking a part-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Ideal candidates will hold a current CA Vocational Nurse License and be dedicated to patient education and care. Qualifications

• Current CA Vocational Nurse License required.
• We accept NEW GRADS under the Flex Waiver Program.
• Current TB test or chest x-ray if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care as defined in State's Nurse Practice Act.
• Implements plan of care initiated by the registered nurse.
• Provides accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care.
