Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a weekend option at Danville Regional and Rehab. You will provide direct nursing care, develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff, and promote physical and psychosocial well-being in a geriatric setting.

The role requires a current Indiana LPN license, strong assessment and documentation skills, and a compassionate approach aligned with C.A.R.E. values.

Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license in Indiana.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
