American Senior Communities' Riverside Village in Elkhart, IN is seeking a Weekend Option Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate resident care. You will use your nursing skills to support physical and psychosocial well-being, building meaningful connections with residents and staff.

This role requires an active Indiana LPN license, strong assessment and documentation abilities, and a passion for geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Indiana LPN license currently active.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and document changes in resident condition.
