Chestnut Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a Weekend LPN to join our team. You will work every other weekend, 6am-2pm, providing nursing care, administering medications, and supervising CNAs in a compassionate setting.

The role requires a current NYS LPN license and CPR certification, with long-term care experience preferred. We offer a competitive pay range and a predictable schedule to support work-life balance.
