Job summary

Pivot Point, Inc., a manufacturer of non-threaded fasteners in Hustisford, WI, seeks qualified candidates for light assembly positions. The weekend shift is Fri-Sun, 4am-4pm, with overtime as needed. Training occurs on 1st shift Mon-Thurs for several weeks.

Duties include assembling lanyards and fastener parts per blueprints and QC sheets, with safety and quality in mind. Ideal candidates will have solid long-term work history, be at least 18, and pass pre-employment and random drug testing.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass pre-employment and random drug testing.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity with small parts.
• Ability to sit for long periods.
• Ability to frequently lift/move 10 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assemble lanyards and fastener parts according to blueprints and shop orders.
• Operate machines and perform duties in a safe manner.
• Maintain expected production rates.
• Read simple blueprints and QC sheets for product specifications.
