• Master’s degree required and NC licensure (LCMHC/LCMHCA, LCSW/LCSWA, LMFT/LMFTA).
• One year direct clinical experience with adolescents and/or adults.
• Strong documentation and communication skills for treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Interviews patients and develops psychosocial history within established timeline.
• Acts as patient and family contact and advocate with the treatment team.
• Conducts psychoeducational therapy groups and discharge/aftercare planning.
