Claremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Camp Hill, PA is seeking a Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our award-winning team. You will deliver skilled nursing care to residents on Saturdays and Sundays, administering medications, wound care, and monitoring vital signs.

We value strong clinical skills, independence, and excellent communication as you collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and follow individualized care plans, while maintaining accurate patient

Qualifications

• Strong clinical nursing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a weekend schedule (Sat and Sun).
• Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including medications, wound care, and vital signs monitoring.
• Assist with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate patient care records and progress notes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Monitor and report changes in patient status to nursing supervisor or physician.

As a Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Claremont, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our patients. You will work a weekend schedule, providing skilled nursing care to our residents, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your responsibilities will include:
