• Lease apartments at the highest rent level while ensuring service quality.
• Maintain courteous, helpful attitude at all times.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and resolve issues.
• Explain policies to residents and potential residents accurately.
• Maintain accurate resident files and data entry per policy.
• Assist in developing and maintaining a renewal/retention program.
• Greet new residents and assist with move-in and show model/availability.
• Travel may be required; perform other duties as assigned.
