Job summary

Life’s At Home Care is seeking a Weekend Lead Care Provider (Floater) to lead weekend care teams across Hampton Roads. This role covers Saturday and Sunday shifts, travels between client homes, and provides guidance to caregivers in the field while supporting personal care tasks and light housekeeping.

Active PCA/CNA/Nursing Assistant certification is required, with at least 1 year of caregiving experience, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Travel between client homes across Hampton Roads.
• Cover weekend shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
• Support and guide caregivers in the field.
• Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding).
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs.
• Provide medication reminders and documentation.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Assist with client transitions and urgent coverage needs.
