Job summary

Wahlburgers is seeking a Weekend Dishwasher/Kitchen Utility Worker to support the kitchen’s cleanliness and efficiency. You will wash and sanitize dishes, operate the dishwashing equipment, and keep storage areas organized.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, maintaining clean walk-ins, and assisting with other duties as requested by management. This role requires physical stamina, reliability, and a willingness to work weekends in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Able to understand and follow directions from others.
• Basic knowledge to operate common kitchen equipment.
• Experience operating a mechanical dish machine.
• Bilingual, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans.
• Operate dishwashing and other kitchen cleaning equipment.
• Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas.
• Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or storage units.
• Sweep and kitchen wash floors.
• Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas.
• Rotate through walk-ins to ensure cleanliness and sanitation.
