TURNKEY FACILITY MAINTENANCE is seeking a reliable part-time janitor to clean and sanitize commercial spaces in Cumming, GA. You will perform general cleaning tasks and maintain common areas while following company procedures and safety guidelines.

Uniforms are required and a polite attitude toward residents and staff is essential. Basic English is required and training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly environment
• The employee must have at least basic English.

Responsibilities

• Perform general janitorial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, chairs, tables, and windowsills
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, such as hallways and lobbies
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
