Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC (KBS) is hiring a Janitorial Crew Member to join our fast-paced team in South Bend, IN. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with weekend shifts. You will perform cleaning duties across rooms, restrooms, offices, and public areas, sweep and mop floors, clean windows, and maintain a safe, sanitary environment.

Reading and following safety procedures is required. This role offers flexible scheduling, a path to growth, and access to the KBSPresence timekeeping system

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds.
• Must stand and walk for up to 10-12 hours.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms, restrooms, offices, stairs, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and remove debris from floors.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; dust fixtures and shelves.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and public areas as directed.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and according to procedures.
