ABM Industries is seeking a reliable Janitorial Cleaner to perform cleaning duties across assigned facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and orderly environment for employees, clients, and visitors.

The role requires weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am–4:30pm) at $19.00 per hour. A high school diploma is preferred, with prior janitorial experience a plus. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package and a veteran-friendly workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in janitorial or cleaning roles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste per policy.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies properly.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
• Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
