Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; required.
• Current RN license in the state where practice occurs; multistate licensure acceptable if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Coordinate patient care, including education, triage, and discharge planning as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with the Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.
