Job summary

Senior Helpers North OC is seeking compassionate in-home caregivers to support seniors in Huntington Beach and surrounding communities. This weekend-focused role offers meaningful work with flexible shifts and reliable pay.

As a caregiver, you'll assist with personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, while following individualized care plans and receiving ongoing training and 24/7 support from our office.

Qualifications

At least 3 year of caregiving experience (professional or caring for a loved one).
Comfortable assisting with ADLs, mobility, and personal care
Active HCA Registration (Home Care Aide) preferred.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
Compassion, patience, and dependability are a must!

Responsibilities

Help seniors with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility support).
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
Offer medication reminders and follow care plans.
Support clients with conditions such as Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke recovery, or hospice care.
Monitor and report changes in client’s health or needs.
